How to verify Cinder and review a TF2 trade

Check the exact shop identity, item quantities and Steam offer before accepting a TF2 trade.

Check the domain and Steam ID

The Cinder website is https://cinder.tf. Our shop Steam ID is 76561198105391309. A display name, profile image or trade message can be copied; compare the numeric Steam ID with the shop profile linked on our About page.

Sign in only through the official Steam sign-in page. Cinder does not need your Steam password or Steam Guard code in a chat message, support request or trade note.

Compare the offer with your basket

Check the recipient, exact item names, qualities, effects and quantities. Review both sides, including change. A matching name alone is not enough when a different quality or effect has a different value.

The trade summary on Cinder describes the intended offer. Steam is where you inspect the actual transfer before accepting. If the items or payment differ, stop and review the request.

Treat unexpected requests as a reason to pause

Do not send items to someone who claims they need to verify, inspect or unlock them. Do not approve an unrelated Steam confirmation because another person says it is part of this trade.

If a quote changes or the service loses its connection, return to the saved request and check its current status. Repeatedly sending a new trade can create confusion. Cinder keeps uncertain requests for reconciliation instead of assuming an interrupted offer failed.
