How trading works on Cinder
TF2 items exchanged for keys, metal and supported items, with the exact payment shown before you trade.
Public automated checkout is not open yet. You can browse the catalog while the owner tests the trading flow.
1. Browse exact shop stock
Explore the catalog or open the trading workspace. Check the quality, effect, crafting status and ask. An item’s displayed price is a shop ask, not a guarantee of what another trader will pay.
2. Build and balance your trade
Steam sign-in lets the workspace load your public TF2 inventory. Keys and metal are payment; other items require a current supported buy offer. Auto Select can add payment or reduce excess value, using the items actually available. Review the result and use Undo if needed.
3. Review the current quote
The shop verifies current stock, prices, payment and reservations. A changed ask returns for review. A reference price or an old inventory snapshot does not authorize a transfer.
4. Inspect the real Steam offer
When checkout is available, the shop sends the agreed offer and you review it in Steam. Confirm the shop’s numeric Steam ID, both sides of the trade, and every item quantity before accepting. The website never accepts on your behalf.
